Daily usage: Start with 1 capsule per day for the first 3 days and then 1 capsule in the morning and one at noon for the rest of the week. From then on 2 capsules twice daily in periods of high demand, strenuous exercise, high stress or recovery. Ordinary maintenance is 1 capsule per day for an average body weight of 75kg.

Support Ingredients (per capsule):

• Nutri-tide® Nucleotides (400mg per capsule)- concentrated extracts of DNA/RNA (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae)
• Rooibos Extract (Aspalathus linearis – 25mg per capsule) has been shown to offer protection from free radicals, and is a powerful anti-oxidant due to its high polyphenol content. The quality of the Rooibos extract is of superior standard, caffeine free and low in tannins.

Capsule shell (vegetarian): Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
