Goods and/or Services
These Terms and conditions of use ("terms") govern any access and/or use of the TERRA website ("website") made available ecolink technologies Pty Ltd Registration number 2024/330319/07, together with its affiliates, successors-in-title and assigns ("ecolink technologies"). Ecolink Technologies, the Terra website, is an online store in the organic and natural product and service industry.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Ecolink Technologies, and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Ecolink Technologies.
The products sold by Ecolink Technologies, and its suppliers are not for resale.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. All orders are dispatched via a courier service and according to the chosen logistic partners and delivery policies. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Return and Refunds Policy
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging. If you are returning the item because it is not suitable we will refund you, less the courier fee once we have verified that the item has been returned and that the item is still in a saleable condition. To log a return connect with us on live chat on our site or email us at ecolinktechsa@gmail.com and a customer support team member will assist with logging your return.
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
The provision of goods and services by Ecolink Technologies is subject to stock availability and delivery policy. In cases of unavailability, and the order has been paid for, Ecolink Technologies will contact you with options.
An order can be canceled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer.
If you receive the wrong product, damaged or broken, please contact Ecolink Technologies at grounded@my-terra.co.za with a short description and digital images of the damages. Ecolink Technologies will check the order management to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick the Ecolink Technologies will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on your account. Arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product will be completed.
Free Delivery
Free delivery can be obtained for all orders if your order is over R1000.00.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Ecolink Technologies bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Ecolink Technologies via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Merchant location and Transaction Currency
The country of the merchant outlet, when payment options are shown to the cardholder, is South Africa, and the transaction currency used is the South African Rand (ZAR).
