Return and Refunds Policy

You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging. If you are returning the item because it is not suitable we will refund you, less the courier fee once we have verified that the item has been returned and that the item is still in a saleable condition. To log a return connect with us on live chat on our site or email us at grounded@my-terra.co.za and a customer support team member will assist with logging your return.

Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.

The provision of goods and services by Ecolink Technologies is subject to stock availability and delivery policy. In cases of unavailability, and the order has been paid for, Ecolink Technologies will contact you with options.

An order can be canceled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer.

If you receive the wrong product, damaged, defected or broken, please contact Ecolink Technologies at grounded@my-terra.co.za with a short description and digital images of the damages. Ecolink Technologies will check the order management to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick the Ecolink Technologies will arrange to swap the 'wrong' product for the one actually ordered on your account. Arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product will be completed.
