Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. All orders are dispatched via a courier service and according to the chosen logistic partners and delivery policies. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. Please note that depending on the items selected, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This will be clearly displayed during checkout, and you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each split order.

You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Standard Free Delivery Order Limit:

Free delivery can be obtained for all orders if your order is over R599.00. 
Orders under R599.00 will be charged a delivery fee of R105 - R140.
