  • 1 serving MYTO-Energy (Orange Mango Flavor)
  • 200 ml cold filtered water
  • 30 ml fresh orange juice
  • 20 ml mango purée (strained — no fiber chunks) or 20ml mango juice
  • 3–4 drops alcohol-free ginger extract (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Method

  1. Add cold water to a glass or shaker.
  2. Dissolve MYTO-Energy fully.
  3. Add orange juice, mango purée, and ginger extract.
  4. Stir gently (do not aggressively blend).
  5. Add ice if desired and consume within 20 minutes.
