Ingredients
- 1 serving MYTO-Energy (Orange Mango Flavor)
- 200 ml cold filtered water
- 30 ml fresh orange juice
- 20 ml mango purée (strained — no fiber chunks) or 20ml mango juice
- 3–4 drops alcohol-free ginger extract (optional)
- Ice (optional)
Method
- Add cold water to a glass or shaker.
- Dissolve MYTO-Energy fully.
- Add orange juice, mango purée, and ginger extract.
- Stir gently (do not aggressively blend).
- Add ice if desired and consume within 20 minutes.
