How long does national delivery take and cost? 🚀
Nationwide delivery for orders under R650 will carry a R105-R140 shipping fee - calculated at checkout. We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 1-3 working days of receiving payment into our accounts. If you pay via credit card, we receive this payment automatically as soon as you have paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Please note that depending on the items selected, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This will be clearly displayed during checkout, and you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each split order.
Can I get my order delivered to a pickup point?📍
Upon inputting your delivery address at checkout, you'll discover 5 nearby pickup points for selected items. For pickups - orders under R650 in total have an R85 delivery fee.
How long will it take for my parcel to be ready for collection?
Your order should arrive within 3 business days from when it's picked up. Please allow an extra two days if you're in an outlying area. Once your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen point, you'll get an SMS or email notification. All you need is either your ID and the code for that parcel. You will receive a unique code in the SMS and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection.
If an item you ordered is out of stock 🤦
We carry stock and we are constantly restocking and evolving . However, it is possible that you will order a product that we are temporarily out of stock of. If this happens, we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you options e.g. swap for another similar product, get a refund on the item, etc.
My-Terra's return policy 📦
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
- If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
