How long does national delivery take and cost? 🚀

Nationwide delivery for orders under R1000 will carry a R130 shipping fee. We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within 1-3 working days of receiving payment into our accounts. If you pay via credit card, we receive this payment automatically as soon as you have paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing.

At this current time residents of the below areas will be given the following local delivery options at checkout:

  • Glencairn - FREE delivery (no minimum order)
  • Fish Hoek - R45 (no minimum order)
  • Simons Town - R45 (no minimum order)
  • More areas to be listed in the near future !

Local delivery orders will be processed within 1-3 working days and delivery will occur between 9am - 4pm.

If the delivery address you provide at checkout does not include the correct postal code, we will contact you with available options for delivery. You will be invoiced for the shipping fee based on your chosen delivery option. Please ensure your address is accurate with local deliveries to avoid delays.

Can I get my order delivered to a pickup point?📍

Upon inputting your delivery address at checkout, you'll discover 5 nearby pickup points. For pickups - orders under R1000 in total have an R85 delivery fee.

How long will it take for my parcel to be ready for collection?

Your order should arrive within 3 business days from when it's picked up. Please allow an extra two days if you're in an outlying area. Once your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen point, you'll get an SMS or email notification. All you need is your ID and the code for that parcel. You will receive a unique code in the sms and/or email that informs you that your parcel is ready for collection.

If an item you ordered is out of stock 🤦

We carry stock and we are constantly restocking and evolving . However, it is possible that you will order a product that we are temporarily out of stock of. If this happens, we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you options e.g. swap for another similar product, get a refund on the item, etc.

Terra's return policy 📦

You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
  • If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
